Over the weekend, I was interviewed for the ABC’s “Japan In Focus” program, broadcast on ABC NewsRadio, talking about Nintendo’s exit from the world’s 100 most valuable brands, and what it means for the gaming giant.
What, you mean you didn’t listen in? For shame. For shame.

You’ll also learn about the Japanese perspective on the TPP, and why there’s a push to get the young folk interested in Japanese politics, but I wasn’t asked about those. Which was, on reflection, quite wise. I’m not certain how long the ABC keeps it live for, so listen in now!
Also, listening to this has once more made me aware that it’s been way too long since I’ve been to Japan. Must do something about that, and soon.
