OK, this I did not see coming. At Sony’s E3 conference, they’ve announced a full remake of Final Fantasy VII, as well as helping launch a Kickstarter to fund development of Shenmue 3.

That noise you just heard? My head exploding. I suspect I’m not the only one.
Shenmue 3 is being developed if a Kickstarter funding it can hit US$2 million. Given its Kickstarter page is currently in a state of meltdown, I’d say that’s a fair bet to hit its target.
