Nintendo plucks out another bit of its extensive IP with Pikmin 3, a plant-themed strategy game with a fresh coat of HD visuals. It’s exactly the kind of game that the Wii U needs a whole lot more of.
Head into any games store and look for the Wii U games shelf. Chances are, you’ll have to look hard, and you won’t spend much time browsing, because the physical games collection for Nintendo’s next-gen system is still on the meagre side. It’s nowhere near as bad if you’re buying digitally, though.
