Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is the exact opposite of Lollipop Chainsaw, however.
They’re both games that offer a simple beat-em-up formula laced with humour, a little satire and a lot of gore, where Lollipop Chainsaw takes a surprisingly subtle twist on the genre, Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z simply plays it crude for the sake of it.
Combine that with an entirely uninspired and uninspiring control scheme and gameplay mechanics, and you’ve got a game that The Wumpus never intends to play again. ‘Nuff said.
