What's a fair games price?

Do we actually pay “too much” for games? It’s an interesting — and very open — question.
Over at Digitally Downloaded, Matt Sainsbury has an excellent examination of the issue of games being “too expensive”. It’s an easy and glib thing to say from a consumer perspective, but it does depend on more than just placing a monetary value on goods.
