It’s a running joke that when I switch on my PS3, I have to update something. Except, if reports are accurate, today, when I should perhaps be holding off.
Kotaku reports that the 4.45 system update is bricking consoles. Not quite all of them, but enough that it’s being noticed. This makes me nervous. Very, very nervous, so I’m not going near the update for the time being. Unless you’ve got a pressing need for some Playstation Store action, I’d suggest doing similar for a day or two until it’s settled.
