Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge finally makes its Australian debut

The first game to receive an R18+ rating in Australia is finally going to be available. Well after a few titles that were rated after it, mind you, and even then, only digitally, as Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge makes its way to the Nintendo eShop from tomorrow.

Nintendo’s release doesn’t mention how you actually manage the whole R18+ issue — a lot harder via digital download than in a store, so remember to set the parental controls on the Wii U if you haven’t done so yet — but notes that

In NINJA GAIDEN 3: Razor’s Edge, the enigmatic warrior Ryu Hayabusa must fight to lift a curse that threatens to destroy him. Whereas the original NINJA GAIDEN 3 included only three weapons for players to choose from, this new version offers six: Sword, Claws, Scythe, Dual Katana, Staff and Kusari-Gama, each with its own unique strengths. The number of available Ninpo has also been increased from one to three.

Yes, it’s Ninja Gaiden. But she’s got a new hat.
