Series 9 of Doctor Who will air on the ABC on Sunday 20th of September, but there’s still no word on whether we’ll see simulcast or early iView access this year.
The DWCA reports on the screening date, which at absolute worst will only be around twelve hours after its UK debut on the 19th thanks to time differences.
That’s if it airs in its “traditional” (for the new series) 7:30pm Sunday timeslot. There’s still the possibility of either simulcast or early iView access, although whether a cash-strapped ABC would have the funds to afford that remains to be seen.
