Australian Galaxy S4 Gets Update, Still Buggy

GALAXY S 4
If you’re a Galaxy S4 owner in Australia, you’ll most likely get an update message today pertaining to a multi-megabyte software update. That’s par for the course, but it still doesn’t fix some troubling issues, including one specific to Australian users.
The Galaxy S4 is an interesting device, but it’s far from perfect. The Wumpus has noticed a particularly aggravating Gallery bug, where pictures take upwards of 30 seconds to fix. That’s not changed in the new update, and neither has the more annoying issue that Samsung remains silent on, namely why Australian Galaxy S4 handsets are deliberately less flexible than international counterparts.
Oh well. The Wumpus lives in hope that the clean skin Google Galaxy S4 ROM will be made available for Australian users.
